1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jaagruti platform (jaagruti.tech, edu.jaagruti.tech, and admin.jaagruti.tech) and its services, you (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines published on the platform. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Individuals must be at least 16 years old to register independently.
Users aged 12-16 may use the platform with parental or legal guardian consent.
Users under 12 are not permitted to use or register on the platform.
Schools and NGOs must provide accurate organizational information during registration.

Registration is required for NGOs and schools to contribute content or access restricted features.
Schools receive unique access codes for their students, who do not require individual logins.
Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and update it as necessary.
Access codes and login credentials are non-transferable and must be kept confidential.

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and respectfully, refraining from posting or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, discriminatory, or violates others’ rights.
Participation in any discussion forums or interactive features must comply with the platform’s Code of Conduct.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

Content provided by Jaagruti and contributed by NGOs or schools remains the intellectual property of the respective creators or the platform.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, educational purposes only.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
The platform reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

NGOs have the authority to moderate user-generated content and review reports of inappropriate material.
The platform may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or engage in misconduct.
Users can report inappropriate content through the provided reporting system.

The platform and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Jaagruti does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and is not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the platform.
Users acknowledge that sexual health information provided is educational and not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Use of the platform is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how user data is collected, used, and protected.
Users consent to the collection and use of their data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Jaagruti reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts or access at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to the user will cease, and the user must stop using the platform content.

Jaagruti may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Changes will be posted on the platform with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jaagruti operates.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall be resolved through amicable negotiations or, if necessary, through the competent courts.
